KSM Online

Birchfield Independent Girls School uses an online school management information system which allows parents and students to log in from home.

All parents are given log in details so that they can view their daughters’ :

  • overall progress
  • attainment in class
  • attendance records
  • reports of behaviour
  • fees payment status
  • school letters

As a parent, you can log in to School Kompanion via www.schoolkompanion.co.uk. The realm code is S024 followed by your daughter’s username and password. Please contact the school if you require a reminder of your daughter’s log in details.

Annually, we collect pupils’ personal details and update our records. This will not be shared with a third party.

However, if the personal details of the pupil changes, please inform us so we can update our records.
